Back in June, the FiDi restaurant Les Halles emerged from over three years under scaffolding to finally see the light, breathe the fresh air. But it wasn't for long, poor bastards. A Financial District tipster sends in the photo to the right and says the scaffolding went back up around the unlucky restaurant this morning. The restaurant was originally stuck in the dark so long due to the building of the Fulton Street Transit Center, the construction of which is going to get worse before it gets better.
