This photo was taken the following morning to the "Sunrise with scaffolding" photo, at the same time of day.
To the West, all main road and rail links to Cornwall were cut off, with many people flooded out of their homes. Other roads were impassible to the East.
I blended a shot focused on the window with one of the view, if that is what you can call it.
