The Church of Argyle rents 35 feet of scaffolding every year so they can put on a holiday concert series.
They started putting together the scaffolding Friday, but when they came back yesterday they noticed part of it had been stolen.
The Pastor of the church tells our news partner Channel 4 he's prepared to forgive the thief.
"We're not angry. It hurts a little bit, but the God we serve is the God of grace and forgiveness".
The theft leaves the church on the hook for $3,000.
